Exclusive Feature: Artists JonMarc Edwards + Ando Pndlian Talk FLUTTER

Artist JonMarc Edwards is partnering with creative culture platform NOT REAL ART to celebrate and feature his most recent art installation, FLUTTER, exclusively until April 1, 2019.

FLUTTER is an immersive installation that seeks to engage people of all ages to participate and create in the “poetic moment.” FLUTTER can be easily assembled for spontaneous activity or be constructed over time into a complex tableau. “FLUTTER Immersions” is looking to travel to “social / art-minded” venues across the country.

As part of the artist’s promotional campaign a video produced by JonMarc and directed by SmashWerks Films documenting the recent FLUTTER performance at Search + Resq. in downtown Los Angeles will be featured on the NOT REAL ART website. Along with the video, JonMarc’s recent guest appearance on the NOT REAL ART Podcast with fellow artist and FLUTTER collaborator Ando Pndlian hosted will be released simultaneously.

The decision to partner with JonMarc to feature FLUTTER exclusively on NOT REAL ART is driven by shared values and ethics. When asked about the decision, NOT REAL ART creator Scott “Sourdough” Power said, “FLUTTER is an intelligent experiential art installation that creates joy and wonder for those who engage with it. FLUTTER truly personifies the kind of values we at NOT REAL ART want to see and celebrate in art and creative culture.”
